Orders & Shipping
We ship with DHL. Delivery within Germany takes 2 to 3 working days.
Shipping to Germany: €4.99. Free shipping from €50.
We currently deliver within Germany. We have temporarily paused shipping to Austria because of new EU packaging rules. Waiting for us in Austria? Email ritual@sensualmatcha.com and we will let you know when shipping resumes.
We can change your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Just send us a message.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Use it to track your parcel.
Payment & Returns

Yes. With Klarna you can order now and pay within 14 days.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Just email us and we will take care of the rest.
Once we receive your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
