This is an English translation of our German shipping policy.

We currently deliver within Germany. Our delivery partner is DHL.

1. Germany

We offer free shipping on orders with a goods value of €50 or more. Standard delivery time: 2–4 working days.

Weight	Shipping costs
0–5 kg	€4.99
5–10 kg	€6.90
10–30 kg	€9.90
> 30 kg	€19.90

2. Austria

Unfortunately, we have had to pause shipping to Austria for the time being. This is due to EU packaging rules, which mean high annual licensing and representative costs per country for small brands like ours. The EU is currently discussing exemptions for small businesses. Once this has been clarified, we will resume deliveries. Are you waiting for us in Austria? Email us at ritual@sensualmatcha.com, and we will let you know first.

Please note: No deliveries take place on Sundays or public holidays.
